Roast Beef

A homemade dish full of flavor, prepared with tender beef slow-cooked in a delicious sauce made from tomato, ají panca, and vegetables. Frozen to preserve its freshness and quality.

Ingredients: Beef (sirloin tip), carrots, celery, red onion, garlic, tomato paste, ají panca paste, salt, and black pepper.

Preparation instructions: Place the sealed bag in a pot of hot water and heat in a bain-marie for approximately 12 minutes or until desired temperature is reached. Serve and enjoy.

Yields: 2 servings.
