Seco Limeño

A classic of Peruvian cuisine, prepared with tender beef slow-cooked in an aromatic cilantro and aji amarillo sauce. Accompanied by selected vegetables to achieve a homemade and authentic flavor. Frozen to preserve its freshness and quality.

Ingredients: Beef, cilantro, garlic, onion, aji amarillo paste, peas, and carrots.

Preparation instructions: Place the sealed bag in a pot with hot water and heat in a bain-marie for approximately 12 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached. Serve and enjoy.

Serves: 2 people.
