Chicken Chili Stew

One of the most traditional dishes of Peruvian cuisine. Prepared with shredded chicken and a creamy yellow chili pepper sauce, made with quality ingredients and frozen to preserve its freshness and flavor.

Ingredients: Chicken breast, toasted bread, milk, yellow chili paste, garlic, white onion, celery, carrot, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, cumin, and turmeric.

Preparation instructions: Place the sealed bag in a pot with hot water and heat in a bain-marie for approximately 12 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached. Serve and enjoy.

Serves: 2 people.
