Canphainite

A traditional Peruvian dish full of flavor and tradition. Prepared with beef lung, potatoes, and a mixture of spices and ají panca that give it its characteristic homemade taste. Frozen to preserve its freshness and quality.

Ingredients: Beef lung, white potato, red onion, ají panca paste, garlic, fresh spearmint, salt, black pepper, cumin, and oregano.

Preparation instructions: Place the sealed bag in a pot of hot water and heat in a bain-marie for approximately 12 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached. Serve and enjoy.

Serves: 2 people.
