Pork Carapulcra

One of the most representative dishes of Peruvian gastronomy. Prepared with pork belly and a delicious blend of chili peppers and spices that give it its traditional and authentic flavor. Frozen to preserve its freshness and quality.

 
Ingredients: Pork belly, red onion, ají panca paste, ají amarillo paste, garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin, and cinnamon.

Preparation instructions: Place the sealed bag in a pot with hot water and heat in a bain-marie for approximately 12 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached. Serve and enjoy.

Yields: 2 servings.
